José Francisco Alaniz Cerda is an outstanding trombonist and brass teacher with an extensive career. He has been a member of the National Symphony Orchestra of Chile for 8 years and has participated in national and international tours. In addition, he has held teaching roles at the University of Chile and the University of Antofagasta, offering master classes in several countries. Currently, he teaches at the Universidad de Humanismo Cristiano and is involved in musical training projects. He has also been a Professor in 9 editions of the famous World Trombone Meeting TROMBONANZA in Santa Fe, Argentina.
Francisco plays Schmelzer Trombone Model 4 Gold Brass Bell and Open Flow Valve.
