Studied at the Conservatory of Music of Valencia, the trombonist Gaspar Montesinos has collaborated in different orchestral ensembles, the Municipal Orchestra of Valencia (1982-1983), the Symphony Orchestra of the Gran Teatre del Liceu (2004-2011), the City of Granada Orchestra (2001-2013) or the Barcelona Trombone Quartet (1991-2000). He is currently first trombone of the Orquesta Sinfónica de Barcelona and Orquesta Nacional de Cataluña and Professor of Trombone at the Conservatorio Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona.
